Terms of Use
Effective October 6, 2026 · Kruzyn is operated by Unknown Entities LLC (“we”). By creating an account or using Kruzyn, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Who can use Kruzyn
You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms. One account per person. Keep your sign-in codes private; you’re responsible for activity on your account.
What Kruzyn is, and isn’t
Kruzyn helps riders plan, share and join group rides. We don’t organize, lead, insure or supervise rides, check anyone’s license, skill or bike, monitor emergencies or detect crashes. Hosts and riders are responsible for their own rides and decisions.
Ride responsibly
Riding a motorcycle is dangerous. You ride at your own risk. Follow traffic laws, ride within your ability, wear proper gear, and don’t use your phone while riding. In an emergency, contact emergency services directly. Hosts should describe pace and expectations honestly and keep the plan up to date.
No tolerance for abuse
Kruzyn has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Don’t post or send anything that is:
- harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit or violent;
- illegal, or that encourages illegal or unsafe riding such as street racing or stunting on public roads;
- someone else’s private information, such as a home address or phone number, without their permission;
- spam, scams, impersonation, or content you don’t have the right to share.
You can report any ride, post or rider and block anyone in the app. We review reports and act within 24 hours, including removing content and suspending or removing accounts that break these rules.
Your content
You own what you post: ride details, flyers, photos, updates and profile information. You give us permission to host, display and share it as needed to run Kruzyn, for example showing your ride card to people with the link or on flyers you create. Only post photos you have the right to share.
Location features
Live location sharing and ride recording are optional and only run when you turn them on. Recorded mileage reflects the evidence your phone provides. It isn’t a guarantee of distance, skill or safe riding.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time under Account and safety. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or put other riders at risk.
Disclaimers and limits
Kruzyn is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for injuries, damage or losses that come from rides or from interactions between riders, and our total liability for any claim is limited to $100. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
App stores
If you got Kruzyn from Apple’s App Store, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn’t responsible for the app or its support, and Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we’ll tell you in the app before it applies. Continuing to use Kruzyn after that means you accept the new terms.
